What is the purpose of your company?

Why do you even exist?

What is your reason for being?

The way of doing business is rapidly changing. People are much more connected and their expectations for brands are much more personal.

People don’t expect to be friends with you (a friend is someone I call when my dog dies), but they do expect to develop relationships with brands based on shared interests, beliefs and lifestyles.

You are now a midst the relationship era. Where developing deep connections and relationships feeds long term growth.

Know your purpose to build relationships

Relationships matter and make a difference, not sales. Your purpose isn’t about sales. Yes, you need money to keep the lights one. Yes, you love money and probably want more of it.

But, you need to think deeper.

Think about why your organization was started in the first place; was it to solve a problem you once had and realized others had it to, was it because it was something you were deeply passionate about, was it because you wanted to see change in your community, or was it always a dream of yours to be doing what you are doing?

Whatever that is, is your purpose.

Purpose is the fuel that feeds your brand narrative. This is the raw emotion that writes your brand story. This is what’s going to allow you to connect with people on a much deeper level than just a transaction.

People can emotionally connect to your purpose.

Use social media as a platform for your purpose

Social networking channels are simply the technology that lets us build these relationships. It provides the platform for one-to-one communications. Never before was a brand able to have a conversation with their intended audience on an individual level.

But, we tend to forget where we are sometimes when in the social space. People are on social to connect with their friends and family, to consume news and information that is most relevant to them and to connect with like minded individuals forming tribes around shared interests and lifestyles.

Throwing advertising and marketing messages in the mix of this is pure noise and disruption to the user, your potential consumers. Thus, not the greatest first impression.

But, when you transition this mindset into building relationships by leading with your purpose you begin to develop your sense of belonging within this space amongst the people. (see the graphic below)

Social media is the means to the relationship and sales are the consequence of relationships. - Tweet this!

Speak to the lifestyle that compliments your brands DNA and purpose

This is where the connection takes place and where you will begin to establish your community and develop your own tribes.

Why? Because there is this gravitational pull when your purpose aligns with specific lifestyles and beliefs. People begin to interact with you. Ultimately, they will get to know, like and trust you.

What stems from trust are brand advocates. Your brand advocates will be your feet on the streets. They will become your voice that spreads your message even further. Nurture this pocket of advocates within your community.

It’s deep, it’s raw, but it’s real

People want real. People want to connect with brands that have the same vision, the same beliefs and the same purpose. They want to like the real you.

Don’t get distracted by what’s not real, pay attention to the relationships.

Always stay true to your purpose and always lead with purpose
- Tweet this!

Can you clearly state the purpose of your organization?

Ever since my son was born 10 months ago (can’t believe it! time flies) I just haven’t been able to sit down and open a book. It’s not that I don’t have the time, it’s just a whole new life that I am adjusting to and balancing.

Just recently I picked up a book and finished it in three days (see Fred 2.0 below). I completely forgot the feeling I get when reading a book; being completely fascinated and fixated on the words and the story. Escaping your surroundings to such a serene state of mind allowing yourself to just think. It’s magical, peaceful and rejuvenating.

I’ve compiled a list of books that I want to tackle this Spring and Summer, hoping to get to them all. The topics range in genre, this is done intentionally to maintain that serene momentum and not get burnt out from a reptitive theme.

The following is a list of 7 books to put on your reading list:

Fred 2.0

New Ideas on How to Keep Delivering Extraordinary Results by Mark Sanborn

Fred 2.0 is derived from the Fred Factor written nearly 10 years ago. Fred 2.0 illustrates how to take the ordinary and become truly extraordinary. By making a difference in other peoples lives, not only does it impact those people, it will leave a lasting affect on you; you’re life, your happiness.

Simply put, your life is what you make it. Turn the ordinary into extraordinary. (Tweet this)

This read is powerful in the sense that it can be applied to everything within your business and woven throughout your personal life. I highly recommend this read (it’s a short and quick read, 182 pages).

Fred 2.0 Amazon link

Raising A Modern Day Knight

A Father’s Role in Guiding His Son to Authentic Manhood by Robert Lewis

As a 10-month old Father, I take my role as “Daddy” very seriously. This will probably be the most difficult, challenging, but yet most rewarding role I will ever have.

I want my son to enter manhood with character, a vision, authentic and original thinking, courage and with utmost respect for all of his surroundings. I want to establish a foundation for him to become a leader. I want him to think about his legacy – how will you want to be remembered?

The role of Daddy is a lot to take on. Every word, every action, ever step I take, will in some way influence Brody’s thinking and behavior; but I adore every moment of it.

I’m truly looking forward to this book as I’ll be stepping out of my comfort zone. I’m excited to gain as much insight and perspective as I can in shaping my own actions as being “Daddy”.

Small Town Rules

How Big Brands and Small Businesses Can Prosper in a Connected Economy by Barry J. Moltz and Becky McCray

I first came across this on Chris Brogan’s podcast and became instantly intrigued. I am fascinated by the evolving landscape for both small and large businesses within this ever so connected world. No matter the size, we are all on the same playing field.

Large businesses need to instill the mindset of doing business in a small town. Establishing communities and cultivating and maintaining relationships. This is the new age for advertising and branding.

Insanely Simple

The Obsession That Drives Apple’s Success by Ken Segall

“To Steve Jobs, Simplicity was a religion. It was also a weapon.”

The Apple and Steve Jobs story is always fascinating. Insanely Simple dives into how simplicity permeates every level and position throughout the entire organization. How simplicity saved Apple from a near death experience in 1997.

This book is told from the Ad Agency perspective during that time. Specifically the Creative Director who played a role in that resurrection working on the Think Different campaign.

Insanely Simply Amazon link

Think Like Zuck

The Five Business Secrets of Facebook’s Improbably Brilliant CEO Mark Zuckerberg by Ekaterina Walter

The premise of this book is the 5 P’s (or business secrets) that is surfaced through Facebook’s existence; passion, purpose, people, product, and partnerships.

Not only does the book look at Facebook’s business, but also dives into other businesses utilizing these 5 P’s.

Ctrl Alt Dlt

Reboot Your Business. Reboot Your Life. Your Future Depends on It by Mitch Joel

Out May 21, 2013, Mitch Joel’s new book outlines 5 key convergences that have changed businesses forever and how we can adapt to those changes to remain in existence.

“Along the way, Joel introduces his novel concept of “squiggle” which explains how you can learn to adapt your personal approach to your career, as new technology becomes the norm.

In short, this is not a book about “change management” but rather a book about “changing both you AND your business model.”

Mitch Joel is a true thought leader within the Marketing Communications and Digital space. If you aren’t already, become a reader of his blog. Great insight that will always leave you thinking.

The Flinch

ebook by Julien Smith

I enjoy reading personal and professional development books. It’s a spark of motivation and rejuvenation. I started with one so I’ll end with one.

The Flinch is the instinct and reaction that tells you to run and avoid, whatever is causing the flinch, at all costs. Avoiding tough decisions, the unknown, risks, hard work. The flinch urges you to take the safe route; your comfort zone.

Instead of avoiding the things that causes you to flinch, welcome those causes and avoid flinching.

Travel the untraveled, be uncomfortable and avoid the flinch. This is what allows you to prosper and grow.

Google Reader has made a shock wave throughout all interwebs over the course of 48 hours. Petitions, groups, communities, hashtags hoping to grab the attention of the mighty search giant.

Google announced on Wednesday that they will be killing off 7-year old Google Reader on July 1, 2013.

Google sited that the project was declining in total usage and that it was part of it’s spring cleaning initiative – slimming down it’s product list.

I for one am a lover of all things Google Reader. It was the encyclopedia and information center for my career and interests. It became part of my day.

I had over hundreds of blogs feeding me on a daily basis consuming news, information and knowledge. I was able to manage my Google Alerts. It was my eyes and ears on the internet for everything I wanted it to be.

I loved it! But, I didn’t use it. I haven’t used it for months, maybe even longer. I may peak my head in from time to time but end up leaving as fast as I arrived.

It got overcrowded. Seeing thousands of unread posts was a typical start to my day. But also, I now consume my news in different ways.

What does this mean for RSS as a whole?

RSS (Really Simple Indication) is this ‘really simple’ thing where I can follow as many blogs as I want, but instead of having me go to each one individually, they will come to me. Isn’t that beautiful?

RSS is the old form of today’s social news feed. Because I am not a bot, I connect with like minded people on Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn (where I spend most of my time) and you all provide me with the curation I ultimately seek – timely and relevant. We crave and feed off the same things and you’re only going to share the content that you think I, and the rest of your community, might find interesting? (side note: it’s actually pretty interesting to be able to spot the difference between good and great curators. Some people have a knack for finding and sharing damn good information).

I think the idea of having large quantities of source driven feeds is diminishing. With social media providing such an invaluable source, and continuous feed, of good information and news, we don’t need to leave that space to consume it.

Curation around topics fuels broader perspectives

With RSS, you are making an effort to connect with a blog. Every time something gets published on that blog you will be notified via RSS. As I used Google Reader, I found myself once or twice a year deleting everything and starting over.

If I didn’t, it kept my thinking one dimensional because I was always reading the same viewpoints. Granite these were the feeds where I gravitated towards, but reading other people’s perspective, that you normally wouldn’t read, allows the mind to either validate an original viewpoint or to think twice about an original viewpoint - and a lot of the times it sparks entirely new ideas.

Now we see curation around topics or areas of interest. We aren’t seeing a feed from the same author day in and day out. Instead, we have a much wider spectrum into establishing a more polished belief or stance because of the variations of what we read around a specific topic.

Apps and sites like Zite and Alltop, and the people we follow and connect with in our social footprints, are delivering content around topics, not a source.

What does this mean for blogging and content marketing?

Create better content and capture your readers email address.

There will need to be better content for people to allow you into their email inbox. This is sacred territory for most people. Give them a reason for you to be there.

There will need to be better content for social virality. You need to make content that people want to share. This provides social validity that encourages more sharing.

Part of the algorithm for many of the sites and apps (in addition to social media newsfeeds) that curate around topics pull content based on this validity.

Better content will get you to these places. But, along with better content, of course, comes promotion. It’s never a “build it and they will come” (that’s for a different time).

Will you miss Google Reader or will you miss the idea of having Google Reader available to you? What are your thoughts on RSS and it’s future?

Have you considered using a task management tool to increase your productivity?

Does your task list look like what’s shown in the image above? (eeek…. organization!)

Finding a task management tool and system that works for you can take months, or sometimes years. It’s a trial and error process.

Over the years I have tried many different tools and methods, both online and offline. I still tend to write down my ‘to-do’ lists, there’s just something about a pen and paper, but I manage the entire process online. The connectivity and the ability to sync between devices is seamless and convenient—it’s an expectation in today’s digital environment.

Asana is the task and project management tool that has fit my needs and wants beautifully. The user interface, design and task (and project) work flow is exactly what I was seeking

Aside from the functionality within Asana, you need to develop a process that works for you.

Here are 5 tips to increase your productivity by mastering Asana’s main task view:

1. Set two weekly goals

What are the two projects or major tasks that you want to accomplish this week?

Take some time on Friday afternoon or Sunday evening to plan your week and determine your two goals.

Anymore than two goals, I believe, sets you up for failure. I think we are all guilty of this. We think we can do more with the time we have but in actuality, time zips by. We still have to factor in the mundane meetings, emails, commutes, etc.

When you create unrealistic expectations for yourself, even though you feel ambitious, your work becomes mediocre and you end up getting less done.

Stay focused by keeping it manageable, this will have a larger impact.

Setting realistic goals gives you a better sense of accomplishment, this fuels your motivation heading into the new week.

Create your goals and put these front and center within Asana so each time you open Asana you can be reminded of what it is you are striving to accomplish for this week (see below image).

I like to put these in my main ‘Tasks’ section as if they were tasks (end it with a “:” and it will break it off) serving as a constant reminder.

Tasks and projects require a series of steps. Setting your weekly goals first allows you to work backwards in creating your daily supporting tasks.

2. Create three to five daily tasks

Prior to using Asana I would have a list of ten or twelve daily tasks on a notepad just staring at me. I found myself constantly adding to it and feeling bogged down because I was getting no where fast. I felt like I was adding more tasks than I was completing.

I didn’t have a process.

Create your daily tasks that best support your weekly goals.

Prioritizing your top five tasks each day keeps you on track. This is a much more realistic expectation you can set for yourself in achieving small victories on a daily basis.

3. Hide other tasks to stay focused on today’s tasks

What I love about using Asana is it allows me to stay focused on the things that I need to focus on that day without being distracted by other tasks.

I might have a task list of twenty items, but I need to step back and ask myself, do they support my weekly goals.

A lot of times these are the tasks that randomly come to me so I include them in Asana. I immediately categorize them as either ‘Upcoming’ or ‘Later’. I can then hide them from view to allow me to focus on today’s tasks only.

If you set dates on these tasks, with Asana’s recent update, they will automatically appear up your task list as the due date nears.

4. Estimate completion times for each task

Knowing how long a task can take can be difficult to determine. But estimating a completion time is crucial in putting yourself in a position to achieve and prioritize your daily tasks.

I like to start tasks that have the longest completion time first thing in the morning. For two reasons: 1.) this is when my energy level and motivation is on the rise and it’s also the time when I am most focused, and 2.) if I start the task and realize it’s going to take longer than expected, I can tweak and reorganize my afternoon, or maybe I work through lunch.

5. Focus on tasks using 2-hour power

I came across this method on the Work Talk Show podcast (hosted by Nick Westergaard and DJ Waldow) where their guest, John Morgan, discussed the 2-hour power working method. The idea is to work for two hours straight without any distractions—staying focused. I typically set a timer for two hours and listen to SimplyNoise (streams white noise) to drown out others in the office. If needed, shut down all your applications, email, browser windows, etc to eliminate all urges to stray from your task.

This creates a rhythm and gets you in a focused state of mind instead of bouncing from thought to thought trying to multitask.

Once the two hours is up, take a short break, check your email, shoot out a tweet, or whatever you need to do, and set the timer for another round.

There are many tips and methods at your finger tips. You need to find, test and then establish, a system that works for you.

Asana has helped me immensely in organizing my tasks and managing my projects. I have tried many online and offline tools and systems, this is the one I have stuck with the longest.

Have you ever written a comment on a blog post and realized, “damn this is longer than some of my blog posts”?

I just finished reading a great post on {grow}, (Mark Schaefer’s blog) titled “Facebook, You’ve Failed Us” written by Neicole Crepeau (@neicolec).

I always enjoy these conversations around Facebook and their future because there are so many different perspectives and opinions.

So, I encourage you to read the post and then come back to hear my thoughts.

Back? Here you go…

I think we are forgetting what Facebook is

Facebook is not G+ and G+ is not Facebook. G+ is to connect with people that have the same interests as you, to connect with NEW people (and people you already know of course).

Facebook is to connect with people you already know. Big difference and very different motivators for platform use.

Facebook is thinking of the user first

With the latest EdgeRank update I think Facebook was thinking of the user first. They have to think of the user first. Without the user there are no advertisers and there is no Wall Street.

Brands were getting away with posting (or more like pushing and blasting) traditional promotional content.

This move from Facebook now requires brands to invest deeper into the content that’s being published. It must be engaging and spark dialogue. Thus resulting in a better experience for the user in not having a muddied down news feed of useless branded content or promotional posts.

Brands will need to think about their content as if they are sharing it with their own friends and family – will they care?

Facebook is not a direct response initiative

This is what’s so difficult for brands to grasp in terms of ROI and traffic to our websites.

It’s about building brand awareness and brand equity…. and relationships.

It’s about providing a platform for brand advocates to speak and engage directly with the brand.

It’s about cultivating the connections (relationships) for when the next time the user needs your product or service, your brand is top of mind.

People don’t log on to Facebook to shop or to look for a deal, they log on to connect with their friends and family.

Brands can’t force to change this behavior.

Now more than ever it’s about the quality

It’s not about the quantity.

I actually think Facebook’s latest EdgeRank update is a win for everyone sitting around the Facebook table – Facebook, the user, Wall Street and the brands (more EdgeRank thoughts here).

In the end, with the brand being forced to better think about content, this will ultimately have a lasting impression on the engaged user.

The brand pages might not have as many users, but they will be much more engaged and become loyal advocates.

Because of this, I think the smaller businesses have the upper hand here. This will create a level playing field across all business sizes.

The day Zuckerberg steps down is the day Facebook will change

Getting business people and marketers in there will not get Facebook thinking more about the user.

Zuckerberg had one goal and still has one goal – to connect the globe.

What do you think? Does Facebook have the user in mind or have they lost the touch?

From Steve Jobs’ very first beginnings to his final breath is truly an inspiring and fascinating tale (iTunes link, only fitting to read it this way).

Steve Jobs is one of the most fascinating individuals of our time. Walter Isaacson does it Pulitzer Prize style in delivering the true colors of Jobs.

“Sometimes the truth hurts. And sometimes it feels real good”. The truth is what made Apple all that it is today and beyond.

Steve Jobs poured into everything Apple

From employees to product design to the architecture to advertising —he simply was Apple and he could convince anyone into becoming a believer in his vision. He had a way with words and people.

LSD led Jobs to wanting to change the world

Jobs credits taking psychedelic drugs for making him more enlightened. It allowed him to gather a sense of what was truly important in life.

It wasn’t about getting rich, it was about making great products and a sustainable business employees and customers could believe in.

Care about the the parts you can’t see

Derived from his father, Jobs instilled perfection into everything he could put his hands on. From Apple to his living room – Jobs went with no furniture in his home for months because nothing suited his perfectionist drive.

Simplicity is fairly easy but mostly extremely difficult for a lot of people. This shows from Apple hardware to the software. The amazement that non-techies (young children!) can pick up an iPad and fully comprehend how to use it is unmatched. It’s intuitiveness stems from it’s simplicity.

Do the impossible

People found this empowering as Jobs believed it truly inspired and motivated his team—”you did the impossible because you didn’t realize it was impossible”.

He would change the course of computer history with a fraction of resources Apple’s competitors were working with.

Why? Because of this notion of belief. He would slash a three month ship date to two months with his employees working tirelessly.

In addition to this inspiration for his employees, he believed that the rules simply didn’t apply to him. He had this sense that there are few people who are truly special, that are the chosen ones, the enlightened ones. He believed he was one of them.

Jobs had a way with words and a way of luring people into this reality distortion field. During board meetings the others had signals for when someone was being caught up in Steve’s world and needed to be tugged back to reality.

Decide what not to do

One of Jobs greatest strengths was his ability to focus—deciding what not to do became just as important as deciding what to do.

When he was invited back to Apple he simply came in and slashed 70% of the products Apple was creating at that time.

Apple simply lost focus on the core product and was competing too much with its own self.

Even to this day you see companies changing their model, features, systems, spending millions on market research to meet consumer demands.

Jobs didn’t believe in market research because he knew that customers don’t know what they want until they’re shown.

By having “A” employees and those with a real drive and passion for what they’re doing, they essentially built products they themselves wanted to use.

Apple is truly revolutionary

They are the intersection of technology and creativity. Apple will go down in history as one of the greatest companies and brands of all time – turning many industries upside down.

Confession

Initially, if I had picked up the hardcover of this book I am not sure I would of had the courage, or time, to read it. It’s thick!

I instead skipped the book store and went straight to iBooks to start reading. It’s long, but I wish it had never ended.

It’s simply that remarkable.

Have you read the Steve Jobs biography? Your thoughts?

Have you recently noticed your Facebook fan reach and engagement slow down a bit or maybe even drop off drastically?

I have and that’s because Facebook’s latest update to EdgeRank is trimming the fat so to speak. Facebook’s algorithm tool EdgeRank determines what shows up in your fans news feed.

First, you may have noticed your fan count dip a bit as they removed thousands of fake Facebook accounts. Yes, there are companies who make money creating fake accounts just so brands can get their like number up. Truly organic and quality, I know.

Secondly, Facebook is making it a bit more difficult to reach the fans who have little to no engagement with your brand page.

Basically, going forward your posts are only reaching those fans who are most likely to engage with you – like, comment or share – based on the fan’s history with your page.

So if you have fans who liked your page months ago and they haven’t engaged with you since, your brand posts will not show in their news feed. Out of the gate your Facebook posts are only reaching 5-20% of your fans.

Quality is now more important than ever

Brand pages in the past would run ads to acquire likes, and then post content for those new fans—engaging or not they would see it.

With the newest EdgeRank update, to reach non active fans with a status update brands will have to run sponsored post ads to reach those very same fans they acquired through paid Facebook ads in the first place.

Facebook is double dipping our ad dollars.

This is the model and mindset for brand pages that is going to have to shift.

The emphasis will need to be on the quality of content attracting quality fans from various brand outlets and properties – the fans who are most likely going to engage with you.

Instead of driving likes from Facebook ads or sweepstakes we’ll need to rely on other existing channels—email marketing, fan influence, website communications, content on our blog, value from within other social channels—to attract quality likes.

This has always been an option, but I think you find this to be more of an appealing option because of two reasons—

1.) it’s not costing you direct advertising dollars, mainly just resources, and

2) you know they’ll be more apt to engage with you on Facebook because they most likely have already engaged with you elsewhere.

Facebook has the user experience on their mind while seeing dollar signs

This latest EdgeRank tweak is sitting nicely with everyone around the Facebook table except for the marketer.

The user’s news feed is becoming less cluttered and more relevant with what they are most likely to interact with.

Brands and marketers are having a much harder time getting in front of fans – therefore our next move is to spend ad dollars and promote what we really want our fans to see. Score for Facebook and Wall Street!

This isn’t the first time Facebook has done this tweak. It first started with social gaming and social reader applications—limiting their news feed presence.

What are we as brands and marketers to do?

Facebook’s Marketing tips give you four steps to establishing a brand presence; 1.) build your page, 2.) connect with people using ads, 3.) post quality content and engage, and 4.) influence and expand your reach through friends.

If you are a small business or entrepreneur just launching your business this is a realistic approach. Though I might switch number 2 and 4 – putting paid at the end of the spectrum.

If you are a small business that has an existing customer base and looking to approach the Facebook space or enhance it…

Here’s 5 steps to tackle it:

1.) Build your page
First and foremost.

2.) Connect with your most loyal customers
Start at the core of your business. Run email campaigns to your most engaged subscribers (and/or customers) to drive traffic to your Facebook page. Create display promotions on your website. Have in store and point-of-sale Facebook messaging.

3.) Engage your audience
Provide relevant, educational, shareable and entertaining content that your targeted fans will find interesting. Content is always the foundation to any web initiative.

4.) Influence reach
Now that your most loyal customers like your page, influence their friends.

5.) Run Facebook ads
There is a suite of Facebook advertising options you can take advantage of that allow a very targeted reach (will save the details of each option for a later post).

These five steps rely on your existing foundation of loyal consumers.

Don’t pay attention to the number of fans you have or want, put your focus on the quality of your fans and the quality of your content.

Drive influence and build advocacy.

Can you honestly blame Facebook?

Facebook is finally coming up with a model that enhances the user experience while having Wall Street do fist pumps.

Without a well rounded user experience, there is no Wall Street and there are no marketers.

This is a good thing for marketers and brands

I truly believe that it’s a good thing for marketers and brands as well. It’s going to hone in on the quality aspect.

It’s not so much a numbers game of who can get to a million likes. It’s about sparking true social engagement. Those with smaller, more quality likes, have higher engagement rates.

This is a space for conversation, not broadcast. It’s time we as brands think of our fans as people – person to person, not brand to person.

Quoted from Facebook, “…all content should be as engaging as the posts you see from friends and family.”

Brands are people, they have always been people. We have just always referred to them as companies.

This latest Facebook algorithm change definitely makes it much more difficult for us as marketers and small business owners to reach and engage with new fans.

But I truly believe, if done correctly, you will find yourself in a much more engaged and loyal community—it just might not be as large (quantity) as you had hoped.

What are your thoughts?

Need more confidence and direction in putting actionable small business marketing ideas and strategies in place with the existing resources you have?

Whether you are a do-it-yourself business owner or a one person marketing department I will share with you the knowledge and advice you need to establish a marketing foundation for your business.

In the trenches with limited resources

Marketing shouldn’t be the function that gets pushed to the back burner every time an unexpected comes up or resources flat line. It must be part of the day-to-day operations of the business.

We must ensure resources, time and budget allocation, are made available.

How? is the journey of this blog.

My small business marketing is an open book

From all the various media channels I participate in (social media, print, radio, digital, email, etc.) and initiatives I launch, I want to share with you the things I am doing.

From campaign planning to implementation to analyzing results to determining failure and success. We’ll then rinse and repeat, together.

Small business marketing ideas you can use

Through the experiences I share, you will gain the confidence and knowledge to get your marketing program off the ground and take it to the next level. Generating small business ideas you can use and implement.

Think of me as your marketing guinea pig

Marketing your small business yourself and tapping into outside resources when necessary is highly achievable and very rewarding.

… and the journey begins now. Hope to see you along for the ride.

Do you have any small business marketing tips for the do-it-yourself small business owner or one person marketing department?
